    Maybe SE has increased the first devaluation because of the random timer. Or maybe it's a bug.
    (I don't remember how it was before. )

    On Louisoix(EU) I got this timer for 2 different plots:




    A few minutes later I found another 2 plots on Zalera(NA) to see the timer.
