Ivalice gear suggestion

I'm trying to complete my BRD/MCH set, and last week I had to run the Orbonne Monastery 13 times before a piece of gear dropped that I won the lot on. Would it be too much to ask for alliance raids to have at least one piece of guaranteed gear for each job? I've had runs that only dropped tank and healer gear, healer and caster gear, etc. I'm down to two pieces left I need for my set and I'm possibly looking at dozens of runs each to finish it out. Why can't I have at least one guaranteed BRD/MCH drop that I can lot on?

RNG is RNG.

What if the guaranteed aiming drop was the belt every time? Your situation wouldn't be improved at all.

Each time you run the Monastery you are helping with queues, that generally supersedes any guaranteed item drop. RNG is just random though, all you can do is keep running out, plenty of other players so the same thing.
