I came late to Eureka and I really, really hate it. It's not the design of the zone (very nice), the mobs and their challenges (different then the base game). It's the fact that this is so clearly designed to be tackled by groups of people that have your same level of progress. This might work at the start of a new zone or in Japan where people a groups together more then in the West but falls apart very bad here.
Starting a new zone is extremely frustrating for new player (unless you have friend on a higher level that can protect/teleport/rez you) as everything kills you extremely fast while progress as a solo player is extremely slow. Creating such a system without any ingame means of grouping players was the greatest drawback of Eureka.

This was asked at Fan Fest and they acknowledged the problem but can't do anything anymore for Eureka (understandably) but plan to adapt for the next version in 5.0.
