Please no more Eureka!

As someone who enjoys chasing relics, and will eventually have them all from ARR and HW, I find myself caring absolutely not at all about the SB relics. Not because I don't want them, but because I can't be bothered with the method of obtaining them. Even the Light farm was more interesting. At least that I could pick dungeons or trials to have some variety.

I've just decided in my mind that there IS no SB relic; there is only a Eureka weapon.
Somewhere well north of 90% of the NA playerbase seems to have decided the same.

Over 90 % of the NA playerbase don´t care about arr and HW relic either... just saying.

Eureka needs more fast paced kills. Like in Dynasty Warriors. I want to hit chain 1000 in 3 minutes. Everything dies too slow and it’s not solo friendly.

I agree, more mobs with less hp would be better then less mobs with big hp pools.
Its much more fun to spawn Piasa as a grp then claws. Just pull everything together and aoe it down with nice fireworks. I love melting mobs^^.

I so want to be done light grinding in Pyros already so I can walk away from Eureka again, this time for good since my four main weapons will be good to go until the mid 70s. Alas, the layers of rng strike again, and hard. Meanwhile, I'm sure some asshole out there got really lucky for the umpteen thousandth time and got the stats they wanted without issue, and then they went on to get lucky with clears on other content - because that dumb luck is all they have going for them while the rest of us suffer and work so much harder, longer, in turn.

Imagine a FFXIV version with fast paced combat. But i guess that wouldnt work with playstation users.

actually playstation users are used to twitch games. However FFXIV went through about 3 different combat systems before ARR, and the people at the time didnt like fast paced fights, so they made the current sysetm with 2.5 second global cooldowns.


Basically the fast past FFXIV you imagined used to exist, people on pc were not fans of it.

I want an Eureka 2.0... but I want it to be in the normal Overworld. Not in an instance you have to queue for.
