    Upgrade your gear and try to not AOE.

    Its best to single target. And if you start to get low. Swiftcast titan + diversion+ lucid dreaming and have titan hit the enemy who is attacking you.

    Most of the roadblocks in this game are due to gear+ skill, but mostly gear in MSQ cases.

    Only if you are dual leveling like I did with Summoner/Scholar. If a person is only leveling one character and putting all the MSQ gear they get on that character, then they are fine for whatever the MSQ throws at them - it's down to skill at that point.
