What stood out to me the most is how Titania has a striking resemblance to Alisae.

Yoshida emphasized the point that Titania doesn't really look like a primal. Maybe Yoshida was referring to the idea that Titania resembles a beautiful mortal woman moreso than the frightening bestial-like primals like Ifrit and Leviathan.

However, human-like and benevolent-looking primals aren't new to us. We've seen primals like Ramuh, Shiva, Sophia, and Lakshmi, which don't look like your typical monstrous primal. So Titania as a primal isn't really surprising or shocking. She is as believable as a primal as Lakshmi and Sophia are.

So perhaps Yoshida was trying to throw out another hint. Perhaps he was alluding to something else.

My suspicion is that Titania will be summoned like Shiva, Thordan, and Tsukuyomi were: through possessing a mortal body.

With the whole story being about the Warrior of Light becoming the Warrior of Darkness, it is possible that the Scions turn against him/her.

Maybe Alisae becomes a primal to stop the Warrior of Darkness because she perceives him/her to be a threat. But that would be very out of place for Alisae's character.

This is just a crazy idea.
