Crystal Witch, I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. When the computer freezes, is there an error message that pops up at all? Does the FFXIV application close immediately?

Also on the system report I noticed the graphics driver update is from 8/20/2018. As a new driver update has been released, please make sure the the drivers are updated.

Also have you tried in terms of trouble shooting to try and alleviate the issue?
