The housing timer IS bad, but since people enjoyed flipping so much, it's what we got.

This is a huge game, that I pay a lot of money towards. I love housing (it's my favorite thing in the game), and most of the other aspects of this game. I don't participate in the things I don't enjoy. But the timer is a huge gate to anyone who wants to participate in the same activity that brings me a lot of joy. It encourages the unhealthy behavior of sitting at your game without rest for hours upon hours. It's mentally and physically taxing, especially when you lose the plot after hours invested in spamming a placard.

I am absolutely not here for this "don't complain, if you don't like it, stop playing or make your own game." We're allowed to criticize things we don't like about the game. Have the devs added a lot of neat stuff? Yes, they have! But adding a bunch of cool furnishings (many of which came from the design contest anyways) and fixing some bugs or removing some limitations that shouldn't have been there in the first place doesn't mean everything is great and fantastic now.
