I updated this.. well, to the best of my ability. Since ARR is so near, I've greyed out all the shells again, much like I did when I started this list. As I hear from shell leaders to confirm that their shells are active in alpha/beta/ARR, I will re-color the titles. To add new shells, please do as you've always done and just provide all of the information.
Welcome back you have a lot of work to do seeing how a lot of people may move to a NA or EU world so they have less lag.
