1. The dev team is not english, so the feedback must be passed from the NA/EU community team to the devs, which ALL feedback is.
2. The devs design content based on universal data, which is mostly metrics.
3. In order to relay the message, the devs have to get the NA/EU community team to physically state "we have heard your feedback", which again, they hear all feedback, that's the community teams job.
4. The message needs to be relayed correctly.
Essentially, lots of people need to take time out of their day to say that "we hear feedback" when it is evident that they listen to all feedback and metrics anyway. And that's not even including the fact that people misconstrue information, just look at the thread about the ToS right now.
I'm not arguing that BLU doesn't need work, nor that the feedback isn't valid. But this need to be validated by a company that does that anyway makes no sense. Let them take their time with the feedback to see what the actual picture is, because some people say BLU is a total failure, some love it, some enjoy it but say its flawed and some say "I hate limited jobs because I can't raid with it so it sucks (even if its good)", and then devise a plan to make everyone happy.
