It Kills with Fire (Limsa Lominsa)

Greetings, Mysidia! I'm looking for help with the Maelstrom version of the It Kills with Fire quest. I've done everything up to the point where one actually goes and fights Ifrit. I believe that this is keeping me from proceeding with the Maelstrom questline (I can't get "Alive" to trigger, and it doesn't look like there's a rank prerequisite.)

I'd prefer an all-Maelstrom party, but beggars can't be choosers and I'd welcome help from any Grand Company.

I'm on Eastern Standard Time and am usually around most weeknights, plus Sunday mornings and sometimes afternoons. I don't have a specific place that I hang out, as I tend to move among the three cities doing regional and local leves.

P.S. If anyone has any leads on a good causual linkshell to join, please let me know. I came from a small social LS of FFXI friends that pretty much dried up when the game went pay-to-play.
