The key art has her looking like she did in Antitower. I wouldn't be surprised if Mini-filia is a temporary thing, or if the theories about a split(either across shards or across time) are correct and we meet her as both a child and an adult.

Different hairstyle, different outfit than in the Antitower. Most of the outfit and hair is blocked by the cloak and hood in the trailer, but the neckline and sleeves are visible and match the key art, as does the bangs during the few seconds we see her face. Also, I'd say the face in the key art, while appearing a little older than we see in the trailer, is more a result of the artist's style (the same one that has done the key art in the past, Akihiko Yoshida, so we can actually compare portrayals of Minfilia as well, and this one looks younger), as it doesn't look old enough to be her from the Antitower.
