• Hrothgar male and female, very much like a Ronso without a horn and may even have a horn option as one of the races. The face might be a bit more humanoid than snout-y Ronso with a sort of Pantera (BLESS) / Byakko (primal) visual.
• Viera male and female, strong lean body with some masculine and feminine (stereotypical description) facial options
• Dancer, Healer - unique combo gameplay
• Blue Mage, Advanced job (damage dealer) <- this is a wild one but the way the leaks describe blue mage as a job starting at level 50/60 and stuff just feels.. .. "how could you have got that wrong, unless... unless...." lol.

Honestly would be pretty disappointed with this option, as it'd just be another human with animal parts to me .-.

Well I mean they'd still be covered in fur, but fair enough - I was just trying to temper a little bit to "this is a prayer, but.. has 1% chance of being real!" rather than 0.25%! lol.

Just to reference the Bless nose isn't fully human, it's a bit more like the FFXI mithra nose (imo the better miqote lol):



Although to what I've seen there are characters of that race that seem to have a more human nose too, either it's an option or racial thing (never played the game, I just use it as a visual reference).

They all look like Hyur with something attached or altered. I wouldnt be surprised if Hrothgar are cheap-made and that manes just some low texture beard and no fur on their human bods at all.

it could be for all we know they specifically mentioned they had to do something different with viera and there helmets could lead to Hrothgar actually being different and beastly

If we get either of Byakko-inspired Hrothgar, or some manner of attractive, athletic/muscular Viera, and a commitment to no permanent gender locks, I'll be happy.
