Gender locked race?

It's possible a lion-esque race could be added - but whether it's a playable race or just a beastmen race is uncertain.
In any case, I would totally be cool with another race, as long as it's not gender locked.

A leaker who got other things right said Viera won't be the only new race. The leaker later changed his avatar to being of a rabbit and a lion. The Ronso was actually never mention by the leaker.

Technically speaking, I recall reading that someone sent the leaker a message asking if it was Ronso and the response was actually no, it wasn't Ronso, specifically speaking. But whatever it is, it's supposedly lion-esque in design and may or may not resemble Ronso without specifically being named as such.

I am pretty sure they have much more to show because each race usually gets 2 tribes as well which were not show at this fanfest.

It can mean anything I really hope they wait for the Tokyo Fanfest just because they haven't finished the male vieras default costume...

Aye it could, but I do remember them saying the NA fanfest they wanted to mix up how they announce things this time around. So I'd stay optimistic if you can. Most likely will show the other clan off too in Tokyo.

Bent ears and two variations of viera. I think it's two sub-groups of viera. Tall viera, and short viera which apparently look like young elezen.
It is possible this shorter variant will be shown in the next fanfest. This is fantastic news!
There's a possibility male viera could be shown alongside the shorter variant of viera.

Viera will have the option for bent ears, and there will be a variation that look like "young elezen".
