My prediction: They'll announce Geomancer as the next healer/buffer/debuffer class. They will announce Hrothgar as male-only and Viera as female-only. The forums will detonate because everyone is expecting Dancer and we'll be getting two gender-locked races. I know these sound like far-fetched predictions, but to be fair.... it's just as likely as any other theory running since we have no evidence one way or another.

Real talk: The Geomancer is more wishful thinking on my end... *crossed fingers*

i'd love geomancer!!!!Or maybe they bring in green mage (debuff/buff healer job, maybe specialized in hot's like a druid in wow?), presented by a male viera(maybe thats the reason why the held off male viera), because green mage was a viera-only job :O

It seemed like it would take forever for the Tokyo Fanfest to happen, and now we're suddenly here. It's exciting but kinda scary too. We're finally gonna find out if we get male Viera or not.

My prediction: Viera turn out to be female-only, and Hrothgar is revealed as the new, male-only race. Hrothgar will be a race of Byakko-like muscular men with lion ears and tails.

My wish: Male Viera are revealed, and they are tall and muscular handsome bunny men. Hrothgar are revealed as the second new race and both males and females are playable.

I'm going to try to not get my hopes up. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than sorely disappointed. I'm already expecting the worst, which for me is gender-locked Viera and Hrothgar, with Hrothgar being a bestial race.

This thread has been entertaining and it was cool seeing other people's ideas and opinions. No matter what happens, it'll be fun to see the responses and reactions to this upcoming reveal.

This whole Hrothgar thing may have been just a red herring for all this time. Remember how easily convinced people were of the "grinch" leak for smash?

Prediction: We get tall bishounen males to match the female viera we've already seen and hrothgar are a smaller subrace of viera based on lionhead rabbits.

Look on the bright side: anyone who doesn't get what they want will save some monies. Genderlock could be SE's way of helping us be more responsible with MTX. Wouldn't that be so nice and pro-consumer of them?
