I would be 100% okay with a pantera looking race. They don't seem THAT far off of the humanesque features the other races have. Definitely wouldn't get any shapeshifting though lol.

You know lore wise a female counterpart could exist, it just wouldn't be playable if gender locked. If they went a completely all male race and both Viera and Hrothgar were gender-locked (If Hrothgar exists) then there would have to be a race that would be gender-locked by either keeping Viera female only or making a new female only race well unlocking male Viera.

That's a good point, but I really wouldn't mind a race with lore like the Galka again either. Where there are only so many to begin with and they reincarnate instead of new ones being born. I thought the Galka had the most interesting background of all the races in 11 as a result of that.

If a race is mono gendered AND has sexual interests then it would be ingrained in their society that they can have 'fun' with each other, now depending on when said race was introduced to other races and their societies will determine if liking the opposite gender form is a big or small outlier or not.
