Gender locked race?

Just came here warn that when Male Viera are out really, really, really want to be invited to everyone wedding (Ragnarok server survivors):

Male Viera with Male/Female whatever except with gnomes/hobbits/something (cause in that time will be sick).

Pls invite with anticipation so can find Anni a decent mullet, ceremony dress glamour and a decent wedding gift other than a brick wall, because last wedding was invited last second and couldn't even find a good wedding gift.

Agree on this way too much overreaction maybe is related with histrionic personality disorder the attention-seeking emotions and the dramatic cluster around the subject caused unnecessarily.

SE made gender locked race before and due to the requests did the second gender really doubt they wont add both genders to each race.

Adding the fact that two of the female viera faces have already ambiguous gender features.

No sir his comment isn't spiteful that person mentioned a fact by saying that the reaction doesn't need to be that dramatic for a situation players know SE fixes by request as did in the past.

Even if male viera appereance doesn't fit everyone taste sure they'll find a solution, since on the past they had to deal with other big issues successfully.

No... the post said to some degree "I can't wait for male Viera to come so I can come back and watch people blow their lid in anger" aka "I can't wait for people to be upset because I got what I wanted and they didn't." Someone posted the same sentiment except reverse and people went white-knight, so not sure where the outrage is now lol. Grats on randomly coming up with a less terrible statement for some random other person to have, though. Also, your armchair psychology is mentioned nowhere.

I can't wait to see what happens. There are so many options and avenues of possibility, and how they will go from there is interesting.

Optimally our minds are blown, alternatively we get to see SE do an oopsy - which will be an interesting show for the forums I guess.. lol.

I can see them postponing one gender fairly easily, in my own "acceptance" at least, via some very strict lore and engagement through the story but to do that twice for two races sounds a bit impractical or at least a lot harder to pull off without looking like it was forced and silly. If the fire drew all the male Viera to deal with an extreme threat and are all busy off doing who knows what (or drew off and killed), through the story then you can help bring them back to the forest (perhaps back in time via the crystal tower, otherwise viera going to go extinct lol).

Viera male 5.X / 6.0. I'm not suggesting people would love it, but I could see it working via lore and damaging any sort of hate train (while allowing them to introduce two races at once for players to play, which is a value to some and obviously not to others).

To see that twice though.. seems a bit tough. Of course they could have no intention of making both genders available later, in which case it's not tough it's just rough lol (and the hate train will launch on all cylinders then). And lots of other options, could have only one race, or both genders for two races, etc etc.
