I'm pretty confident that for whatever reason (yoshi thinks male rabbits are weird) Viera will be gender locked. Let's just accept that that is how the start of shb is gonna be. But I'm also confident that, if people keep asking, male viera and female hrothgar will be added. Yoshi said they added female viera just because it kept being asked for, so if he doesn't want to keep hearing "when are you going to add viera?" he'll give y'all the man buns.

I'm holding out till fanfest before I give up hope, but I'm not going to be surprised if they are genderlocked either. And I'm sure Yoshi is never going to hear the end of it if so. He'll have to cave eventually!

That's fine. Though the Mog Station is updated monthly with new items and they sell like fresh doughnuts each and every time. In turn, that covers the losses that occur when people unsubscribe in response to game development decisions.

If you mean me, I was making a joke because of earlier comments in this thread talking about lore showing whether they would be playable or not. Honestly if this thread becomes a lady Hrothgar thread after so many people dismissed the idea of Hrothgar in the first place I'll just be mind-blown lol.
