Au Ra is a beast race like lalafell is tall >.> lol. Ronso, Charr, Lupis, Pantera.. things like that are beast race (alibet Lupis and Pantera have strong humandoid features, but still fairly beastly more so than Au Ra and Miqote imo).I doubt that WoW is the reason for a potential bestial race. We already have one in the form of Raen and Xaela. Chances are a potential second bestial race would still be largely human in terms of their features but boast a few animal traits to make them more distinct. There has also been quite a lot of people asking for more masculine options for character customisation over the years. So it isn't as if the demand isn't there.

Although I never liked BDO, gender-locked classes made me like it even less. Technically it had male/female adapted classes, which was ok, but in some cases there were pure locks.
When the game's story becomes self-aware:
It will be funny if the new race turns out to be a fancy lion instead of a bestial one like everybody is expecting XD

While I expect they might de-snout something like a lion (to be more BLESS Lion like) I'd be really sad if it's just a recolored larger miqote lol.

All teh races are visually distinct (races not sub races). These would probably be to close in design to Miqote. Also to sexy.

I did wonder how they were going to have all the emotion shown if the Hrothgar was more beast like. I could hardly see the emotion in the beast tribes. No, I certainly can't see it being that much of a stretch myself.
I had trouble seeing it with Khajiit in elder scrolls as well... just the mouth area and jaw. I suppose. I can't imagine it looking right in this game - but they could surprise me.
