Hello

With my character hitting lvl 50 and finishing the last mission, I received a ticket for recreating my character.

Today I found use in using the ticket to create my character more to my liking. unfortunately, when using this ticket and going for another race, it gave me the option for comforming my changes and with that I couldn't change my appearances (skipped that part).

I'm unhappy with the way my characters now looks, knowing it's just a random generated face and would therefore like another shot recreating my character, the way I had in mind.

Hopefully you could understand my situation and help me with my character because I really didn't know how this ticket worked.
