    Jin-, thank you for the information.

    Has this crash happened when using Direct X 9? If you have not done so already, please try the following:

    -Try switching to DirectX 9 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher
    -Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
    - Set compatibility mode to Windows 7 by right clicking on the exe file (Default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SquareEnix\Final Fantasy XIV - A Realm Reborn\boot\ffxivboot.exe), right click it and select ‘Properties.’ Select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and select Windows 7.


    teamoney, if you are still having this issue, could you create your own thread and provide the following:

    -System Report ( Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.')
    - Everything tried to alleviate issue
    -When error occurs/how long
