    Add level sync to all overworld areas?

    For example, you can only be Lv50 and under in ARR zones.

    Lv60 and under for Heavensward, Lv70 and under for Stormblood.


    This would fix the issue with S rank hunts dying quickly. SE would have to adjust the level of some quests mobs too.

    There could be two layers of level sync, zone-sync, then another layer if you want to sync for a FATE that is too low for your level.

    I don't think there's an issue with S ranks dying too quickly. Just some people not moving fast enough for other peoples work.
    I mean, if that's your end goal, just outright say it. But if your goal is to have a forced level sync for some other reason, it'd ruin a lot of feeling of progression from the player.

    I would like to have an option to level sync whenever we want. I know it might be a bit of a niche use though. I'd also like to see the undersized party, and unsync as separate options for DF, though if we can choose level freely it could cover this too.

    Universal level sync across the entire game was the best thing that ever happened to Elder Scrolls Online. They took the extreme solution: everything in the entire game was scaled to max level and 'gear ready to enter raiding'. And all player characters are always scaled the same as well - though NOT in skill unlocks. You only go above this when you enter their version of 'expert dungeons, extreme trials, and raids', and there is no going below it.

    As a result the entire game came alive - no dead zones anywhere - and players started running the game's quests in any order desired.

    I remember this from Guild Wars 2 when I played it, and it was annoying. I was generally stronger the first time I stepped into a zone than I was when I came back many levels later, due to how secondary stats scaled.

    Outside of hunts, what overworld content do you feel the need to be scaled down for, anyway? Already happens for fates. Do you really want lv 3 lady bugs to feel as "dangerous" as they were the first time?

    I'd be for a party sync option if let's say you want to help someone out (outside of FATEs) but don't want to be ridiculously OP in comparison, that would be ok. Though as for an open world wide sync, it's probably not really necessary at all, as a few have mentioned outside of hunts there is no other reason to need it.

    No matter how much sync you throw in an S rank will melt like butter because of the sheer number of people that come to it. That being said an optional sync would be a fun idea for the future. But we'll need to see what's actually planned for NG+ before we really know what to ask from SE

    Could we just remove hunts instead? Also a open world level sync means everything would aggro again... and that's something I greatly look forward to when my level cap raises is not getting aggro in old areas. If anything just make Hunts F.A.T.E. like and have it so you have to level sync for them instead. Which wont matter much cause even when you level sync something your gear will still destroy things.

    I think we've had enough FATEs and FATE-like things already.
