Here's the part where you'll get your bug thrown in the trash. If you can't be bothered to provide actual detail, then don't expect anyone else to waste their time trying to figure it out for you.

If I was looking at this, I would ask myself...
    - Why does he mention LoV and MNK HUD elements specifically at the beginning, then go completely off the rails with no detail?
    - What is getting reset? Everything? Some things? Always the same things?
    - Does the reset problem only ever happen between logging in and out?

A screenshot of a UI element moving back to its default position would just be a screenshot of the default UI...? I don't think that would be useful.
The difference between "a design choice" and "a bug" is often merely a matter of perspective. That's why there's the phrase "it's not a bug, it's a feature!" With that said, if your JOB GAUGES are getting reset, I think that's clearly a bug. If it were just the standard menus like currency and shit, I could see that being a design choice, but your job gauges should definitely not be moving around. That's like having your hotbar location or your chatbox size/location reset.

Also, yes, a single screenshot would obviously show nothing. I figured the reader would have inferred that I meant a before/after picture (that would at least show the devs whether everything or just some things got reset). Obviously, a video would be truly ideal, but I don't know what sort of time frames we're talking about here. Obviously, nobody's going to want to sit through an hour video of some guy dicking around with his menus.

Based on the OP's description and the comment from the forum moderator, it doesn't sound like a bug, but rather a design choice that is frustrating the OP because he likes to customize his UI layout. If there is some sort of UI threshold, SE doesn't need it reproduced, they put it there. So Daniolaut isn't trying to alert them to a bug, but rather request a change in design. In which case, there's no need to try to reproduce it.

Thank you. Sometimes people need things restated so they are conveyed in a more sensible fashion.

    EDIT:

Now that I think on this more, the reason for this choice might be due to Playstation and how it saves data. Dare I say "PS3/PS4 Limitations" ?

(PS3 was said here because this game once supported PS3, and I'm quite certain when this element of the game was designed, PS3 was due in part of the choice thereof.)
