This is one of those things that is making me wonder if, for once, we're *not* following our version of the Derplander in the trailers, but the Derplander from the other world. I'm probably wrong, but it's an interesting thought.

You can see this armor set (with some slight variation?) on several people in the trailers background (the section before, and during the Viera Dancer). It would be really nice to have this set along with some of the other gear you see people wearing. Hopefully they are bringing it in somehow. I would like this set, or even just parts of it, for my character.
I am getting tired of everything being a trench coat or robe too... (I love long coats IRL, but I dislike the physics in FFXIV for long garments).

With the Shadowbringers trailer I've got remembered about that cool armor, the Adventurers in 1.0 were wearing. Like Derplander in the trailer etc.

I thought it would be kinda cool, if we could get that armor. As vanity or so.
Someone else would like that?

It would be nice if they let us buy from a vendor, the "Dated" gear (All classes, level 1) since its already in the game, but the only way to get it was transfer your 1.0 character to 2.0 (i still have some).
