I have high packet loss, so I'll just sort of repeatedly twitch the key with some 5-10 presses over the last .6 seconds or so. I used to just double-tap, but even that let some losses through.
I don't really see myself doing this in instances. Maybe a little bit as a monk, but only due to the entire hotbar going on that minor cd between weaponskills, but as a primary scholar, not really.
If you were to ask me on other games, especially games like XV2, then yes...yes a ton...

In HW, I used to play on a PS3, running on wifi, 2 rooms and a bathroom away from my router that was outdated and could only handle 50/5mbps.
I've mashed my buttons due to horrible latency for so long it's just a habit now.
Sometimes i panic if the tank starts melting faster then i can heal, so i slam on that essential dignity while GC is up.
