Old issue - Game locks up while loading into cities.. STILL

My last post on this was closed without any type of solution to the issue, here's a summary: This has been an on again off again issue for at least a year now
Platform is a PC - No error messages at all - just a hard lock while trying to load into cities (Idylshire, New Gridania and Kugane) and certain zones - Wired Connection (Fiber) - Discord and Advanced System Care for cleaning up processes and ram - Frequency - I can almost count on it just about everytime I try to load into a major city...

This is still an issue and is now affecting my ability to log in if I've put my character outside of my FC house.


I've ran checks on my hardware, clean my computer regularly and am drawing a blank as to why THIS GAME ONLY hard locks when trying to load into certain areas.

Awesome, thank you for responding quickly here - Game does a hard lock up of my entire computer and requires a hard reboot - Happens almost every time that I try to load into places like Kugane - Gridania - My FC's House - Iddylshire: Those 4 are the only ones that are causing this to happen - Limsa and Ul'Dah: Almost and instaload...

Things that I've done to try and alleviate the issue: Increasing the CPU prioritiy for the game to "above normal" or "high" - I use a program called Advanced Systemcare to "clean" my Memory and decrease the amount of load the RAM is under - GPU is not overclocked - I do turn the fan speed up on it only if it hits 60° or above utilizing EVGA's Precision XOC - Once I'm done doing all that, I close them all down tho - Only other program that I have running in the background is Discord and sometimes Firefox.
