Cannot use minons or mounts.

***So I figured out what it was, you cannot "use" anything while the chocobo saddle bag is open, even if the item is in your inventory. ***


I am not sure if this is the right place to put this but I tried contacting support and they said I needed to ask on the Forums. This is the first time I have had any issue like this.

1. I recently transferred to the server Faerie.
2. I got my character ready for transfer and completed the form in Mog Station.
3. I stayed logged out until I received the email stating it was done.
4. I have mounts and minions that I have purchased in the Mog station after the transfer and I got one from a quest reward (Hildebrand quest) and the use feature when I right click on it is greyed out.
5. I have tried logging out and in and I have went to different zones in the game but I cant use any of them and they are not already collected.
6. I also cannot use the Blue Mage item to get the gear.

I have logged on my other characters and can use things just fine. I also cannot use potions or food.
