This is cool as long as they are tangible & actually home so sort of meaning.

I am not sure how LS achievements would work. I don't think there is much in game right now that can really count as something achieveable - for example:
- Number of People in Linkshell
If achieves are earned by having increments of like 10, 20, 30 people in the LS , then that will only prompt spamming of linskshell invites to get quotas, and without the tools to magage ousting inactives it would lead to a lot of re-shelling
- Significant party kills
I don't know how probable it would be for the devs to come up with a mechanic that can record whether or not everyone in a party is all in the same LS or not at the point where you down a NM or kill a primal.
- Cumulative monster kills
Yes players do have a record of how many monsters they have slain and while it may seem like a simple feat to add it all up, it doesn't account for the fact that some people may have joined the LS part way through accumulating so not all their monster kills can be attributed to the time in which they were in LS. Also it would be too easy to invite then kick players with the 100K plus kill acheive to get the numbers
- Linkshell quests
Currently there are no real events or quests that can be attributed to a linkshell, they are all character based. And you can't, say for example have one for 'all members participated in Valentione's day' when if you have inactive players you can't delete, you would have to reshell just to get all the active players who have done the quest in the LS. This would then also lose progress on other LS achievements. If the requirements were 'at least 20 players have participated in the event' then this limits those small linkshells.
- Obtaining LS property
There is no function for a LS to gain some kind of room or storage facility, as this seems to be a goal for the future Free Companies and may not make its way to individual LS.
While it may be nice to be able to display some kind of acievement to proove a Linkshells worth, rather than refering to cumulative character based scoring systems, there simply isn't much content that can be associated with a Linkshell as a unit, and what can be doesn't seem feasible to be implemented. I think for this kind of thing we wil have to wait for the Free Company system

Ok "IF" a linkshell achievement system was put into place what kinds of rewards could we see? Maybe -30 min reward to anima regen. Or maybe +1% Hp or Mp% while shell is equiped. So if there was 600 achieves in all; at 50 achieves done a reward would unlock, and then again at 100 and so forth. Some things would unlock /w specific achieves completed. Just an idea. And none of the above would have to actually be what the reward would be just examples. So discuss plz. >.>
