Dear GM management:

Please review the GMs that handled ticket 9307493. I received the response of "We understand that your time is valuable and appreciate your efforts to report and explain your concerns." And then did nothing, as became extremely obvious later. So either your agent did not understand how to actually process the ticket correctly or just figured they could get away with being lazy since it's so unlikely someone is even going to know, much less go to the necessary effort to come here and make a public broadcast, per your dubious policy, about their failure.

And then review the handling of ticket 9484025. The very existence of this ticket highlights the obvious failure to properly handle the previous ticket. And we can promptly see that this ticket, too, is not handled properly, given the inappropriate and non sequitur response received.

And even better, when I try to reply to the ticket and point this out, I get a copy/paste message telling me that I should come to the forums to give feedback instead. So, per their request, here we are.

So once again, please address the specific case in point and then please address the agent's training/employment/whatever.
