It was too long ago, so I can't remember the details. I think I used some HQ mats to help, but the macro gave me pretty much 100% HQ rate even with my prehistoric stats at that time. Right now, with more Craft/Control/CP, it shouldn't be too difficult.

However, you do need Ingenuity II and Innovation, which you currently don't have yet.
