Looking for Crafting Macro Genius!

I'm not sure about reliable, but if you have an example video I could have a look.

Intricate Silver Brocade was one of the most difficult crafts in the game, more so than regular 3 stars at that level too. Most from what I know make use of Hasty Touch and Tricks of the Trade, meaning you adapt your rotation as you go. Some even Reclaimed and tried again if they had bad rng. That's something you're much better off not macro'ing. You'll also definitely need Piece by Piece. You do have the advantage however that you won't require Ingenuity since you outlevel the recipe.

As for the 2 star Silver Brocade, you'll need Hasty Touch too. I can give you a macro that will 100% HQ from NQ mats but might fail sometimes, or a macro that requires some HQ mats but shouldn't ever fail.
