Fieldcraft/Crafting gears not sellable????

I am sure this is an oversight but i have ilvl 300 gear that i am not using and would like to get rid of for company seals. We are talking old gear even augmented and this should of been sell able a long time ago. Open these items up alrdy.

Just to clarify, are you talking about turning in for Grand Company seal as opposed to not selling to other players? Your title is confusing if that's the case.

With respect to the augmented gear, that's not "old stuff" yet. It's the best gear available through scripts. Not everyone wants to get the crafted 340 gear because they don't want to pentameld (or can't if they don't have the correct job leveled to 70). I don't think SE has ever allowed items to be turned in for GC seals until higher ilvl items from the same source content can be obtained.

This statement is wrong. Augmented is i330; Handking/Landking is i350 (except for offhand, which is i330 for some reason). Both are from Yellow Scrips.

I am a similar boat to the OP, I've got about 5 or so wasted inventory spaces with this old crap I'd like to turn in for GC seals. I had been holding onto several pieces of gear expecting to be able to turn them in when 4.5 hit, but I still can't. It's definitely strange when an item is allowed to be desynthesized (thankfully I was able to dispose of most of the augmented gear this way), but not turned in for seals.
