I cannot attend on my own EB Anniversary and it happened twice

Detail : Me and my EB partner both wearing Ring and Bracelet and we booked schedule time like three times, all invitation have been send out [plus we are all in same party as well]

First: it was 7th January 3PM but unfortunately we have to postpone our EB anniversary due to world maintenance
Second Time it was 11th January 3PM GMT0
Mlem Doggo could proceed in to chapel but i cnt attend, some of invitation is not working as well.
Last attempt 24th January 3PM
This time i can proceed to chapel but Mlem Doggo couldn't

This happened twice for us we don't know how to finish this quest or how to proceed in to chapel. It not possible that we do it incorrectly because we just follow the step in youtube video.

The setting up process and then attending is wierd if not confusing for some. Most important part of setting up and attending is making sure your settings and your partners setting match. I know one of the settings involves choosing who's citadel arrangement to go with, One of you needs to select basically the My arrangement option and the other needs it set to partners arrangement. Make sure too keep one invitation for yourself and make sure your partner does the same...

Do you have the blank invitations on you? These are required even if you sent out all of the ones you can send to friends. This would be why one of you can enter and the other can't.

This happened to me and my EB partner about two years ago on our actual ceremony and was shoved into 'not enough information'. We just kept having to reschedule until it worked.

Think SE mentioned there could be a problem if players are in a different time zones so the anniversary dates ended up different for each player. Have you checked to see if that's related in your situation?
