    I apologize for the delay in the response to your concern. How long have you been experiencing this issue and when did it begin? Additionally, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    how can i do this ? because my launcher won't open i stuck at same error when i try to open it
