Okay, I went and checked.
Allagan Chimeras in Azys Lla DO CAST THE RAM'S BREATH AND THE DRAGON'S BREATH
So, essentially, what you've done, is come in and fairly aggressively tried to tell me that my info is wrong, by not only providing misinformation (That the Azys Lla Chimeras do not use the relevant skills) but also by missing the fact that I was referencing the ability to solo obtain skills is restricted by level.
So, good job on that one.
You just proved that you are not learning the right spell.
It's the VOICE you need, not Breath.
I was very neutral, but you're the one that took it to an aggressive tone.

There's a pretty big difference between Ram/Dragon breath and Ram/Dragon VOICE (the one you can actually learn). Don't teach people if you don't know what you are teaching.Okay, I went and checked.

The trailer also showed Blu doing Shiva solo and such.
The only thing misunderstood is those that think the slide says otherwise when it is pretty clear they made it seem as it was a solo job but you can join groups of friends.
Reality> Most of the content you need a group. Carnivale is Blu Mages "end game" content and i imagine they will update it in future patches but this is because you really would have nothing else to do.
That is the only real reason the carnivale exists, plus the fact that you cannot run newish content.

The thing I see with all these arguments is everyone seems to make a case for level 50 BLUs. Which I suppose everyone will agree is underwhelming.
But BLU is still very OP. At low levels. Once you pass the point where 1000 Needles is doing all the heavy lifting, then you start getting a better feel for what the job is actually capable of. Up until then, let nothing stand in your way.
I'd wager it's one of the biggest factors to the job being prohibited from queuing for duties. Between that (and arguably MG and WW), and nothing being tied to level so not losing anything when synced down, it's a job that is very much stronger than all its peers. At low levels.

But even the "OP at low levels" thing is a pretty weak argument in all honesty. The thing I see with all these arguments is everyone seems to make a case for level 50 BLUs. Which I suppose everyone will agree is underwhelming.

Since, it's very within the realm of possibility to gate off certain abilities by level, or to restrict certain skills. Or you know... Actually bother to balance the job so any skill that isn't 1k Needles isn't hot garbage at low levels and adjust skills so strong ones have CD's.
Literally, there's no reason why no BLU skill has a CD at all.
Put a suitably long CD on 1k Needles and sure, BLU at low levels will occasionally be able to burst insane damage, but that wouldn't make them wildly destructive to the game (Not much more than a level sync'd Ast popping Lightspeed and spamming out Malefic's anyway)
Since honestly, it's only really 1K Needles (At lower levels), White Wind and Might Guard that are anything notably strong. Everything else is mediocre or insta-kill (AKA: "FULLY RESISTED")

Why have a argument for low levels? Any agreement that talks about blu at level 49 and below doesn't matter because it's at 50 when it shows how capable Blu is. Honestly I thought it was going to be super op and one shot bosses but nope not the case. They said level 5 death will work on bosses as an example, nope that don't work either. They said solo job, nope you still need people. So I feel cheated. This whole Blu experiment needs to end and just make it a real job. I'm worried that Blu will die off like diadem. Which I swear if that happens I'm done with this gameThe thing I see with all these arguments is everyone seems to make a case for level 50 BLUs. Which I suppose everyone will agree is underwhelming.

"Boss Levels are only prime numbers, except when it's 5, then it's 6."

I'm sad that the live letter or fanfest did not talk about fixing Blu. It really is becoming like diadem

I dunno if you actually read the interviews but they already had quite a bit on their plate to present, and they said that EU audience are more about art side, so that's why their focus was about their artists than covering what's probably gonna be addressed in Tokyo.
There's also the fact they may not have an immediate solution and need to digest the feedback before just doing some knee jerk response. The content is still rather new, and it's not like it's a bugfix/hotfix.
Now that doesn't mean I don't want them to fix it, just that even I know it takes time.
