No, the notion was in relation to Blue Mage as a whole.

I mean, at best you can maybe narrow it down to specifically learning spells. But then you're still at odds given the number of spells that REQUIRE party play in order to obtain.

Masked Carnivale and Learning Spells were mentioned specifically, as being solo content. The former is, but is predicated on learning a spell that can only be found in group content (Glower) the latter most certainly is not as there are about half the skills locked behind group content.

Everything else BLU... Well there isn't anything else about BLU. They're literally just learning Spells and Masked Carnivale. Both require party play in order to access/complete.
