Eureka Party Level Sync to play with Friends?

I'm sure this is a pretty minor issue compared to much bigger grievances people have with that content (I'm not even going to address the grindiness debate)...

I heard Eureka was based in FFXI... But seriously lacks a "sync down to the lowest level in the party" feature I heard XI had.

But I just don't enjoy not being able to play with friends for the content when level differences are huge. Sure we can party... But that doesn't mean anything if there is no exp or challenge log counts if they even so much as breathe on it.

And even Notorious Monster FATEs aren't enjoyable with them.

I was surprised it wasn't brought up in Fanfest for the Q&A. From what I heard someone brought it up in a previous Q&A and Yoshi-P probably just forgot about it due to the sheer amount of feedback they get for other stuff.

"I just want to play with my friends and FC" via party level sync regardless of how bad others feel the content is.

I feel that's a simple enough request since Level Syncing is there already for most content. I've even seen a post or two that Mr. Yoshida thought it was a good idea and isn't that hard to address in an off comment somewhere.

People who feel the same way I do regarding this aren't that small of a minority are they?

They should have had something like this from the get-go imo, but I doubt they're going to address it this late. The next and last part of Eureka is coming out soon.
