Please Escalate/Respond/Acknowledge the FC Member List Bug

** This is not a request to fix a bug, it's a request for website moderators to acknowledge the problem. **

Would you want to be kicked out of an FC for only being away for a week and a half? With the current bug, you could be.

Quite possibly the worst bug in the 5-year history has now severely hurt Free Companies that have retained 100-512 players.

For those who don't know, Free Company lists are not pulling member lists correctly. The same names are appearing on all 3 pages. For larger FCs, that means that you can't see or remove the inactive players to make room for new ones. You only see players that have logged on, in my example, in the last 10 days. That means players that have been offline for 11 days can no longer be seen and can't be kicked.

This game has been around for five years, so many of us do have 512/512 members and kick out the inactive ones on an as-needed basis. Some can come back, some have FC rooms, so we wait. But now we can't. The oldest we can see are 10 days inactive.

Now, the only people we can boot are inactive for a week. We're forced to save players gone for the last 8 months and kick out people that signed on last week. We can't see the players from 8 months ago.

This is a serious problem that's been sitting in the Bugs for 10 days without any Square employee acknowledgment. Yet somehow the BLU chocobo XP is a problem.

I am pleading that you respond to this players' response and acknowledge that it's in the works. It's not listed as Resolved so it's unlikely the patch will take care of it.

Hotfix did NOT fix the problem and it was not addressed.

We are now only seeing players from 7 days inactivity, no longer 11. After discussing with the guild leader from <SNOW> who started this conversation in the bug reports, they can only see 1 day. It's getting worse.

Please acknowledge this issue and give us some rough guess on when it can be fixed. Seems like many large free companies are facing this major inconvenience. Lots of their members are possibly long time customers of yours like me. I've been playing your games since around 2000. I know i've been playing your MMO's since FFXI: Rise of the Zilart.

Please acknowledge this issue SE! It is a huge detriment to the larger FCs.

FC management is always crucial to games and communities. Not being able to actively manage a group just because it is large and active seems counterproductive. Any assistance in pushing this forward and getting it resolved would be very helpful to everyone.

Please work expeditiously to investigate a potential solution to this and communicate this to the community. A lot of player communities have very large free companies and this has definitely impacted their ability to maintain their records and continue to grow their active player base for the best game play experience.

Two Weeks: No Community/Public Acknowledgment

ON 1/27/19, we're hitting two weeks since the first inquiry.
- No response from any Community Dev Member in any forum thread.
*-Nothing in Technical Support
*-Nothing here
*-Nothing in Companies
- No official blog acknowledgment (despite a silly unrelated issue being addressed)
- Two bug reports citing problem pushed into "Accepted" but not "Confirmed/Planning To Address" with over FIFTEEN FCs expressing that all FC applications are now halted. This is just the ones who post on the forums, I can't imagine the in-game reports.
- Countless guilds enraged and trying to set up backup plans and second Free Companies and linkshells just to handle overflow due to this bug.

Players representing different Free Companies who have submitted formal complaints on the forum alone:

- Faelily

How is this not confirmed yet? Why is it not in "planning to address"?

Seriously guys, we love this game, you are getting severely bad flack on gaming forums and we need you. We all need you to officially acknowledge this issue. We have to know the progress and what's happening and an estimated timeframe.

Newcomers to the game are feeling left out and FC leaders have nothing to tell them. Newcomers aren't going to continue their subscriptions if this is their first experience with the game. I've been around consistently for over 5 years and I've never had frustration like this with a critical bug being ignored.
