Glass Dance/Veil of the Whorl set Enochian oGCD to 90 second cooldown

Steps:
1. Set either Glass Dance or Veil of the Whorl on from the Blue Mage Spellbook
2. Use either Glass Dance or Veil of the Whorl
3. Switch to Black Mage within 1 minute
4. Enochian now has a cooldown of over 30 seconds

This happens with a lot of jobs—sometimes you will use an oGCD on one while practicing on a Striking Dummy, and then when you switch to another job, one of their abilities may randomly be on cooldown—sometimes longer than the skill’s original cooldown. Why this is, I cannot say, but it’s been a thing in this game for quite a while now... probably something to do with the way skills are written in the game’s code.
