Game crash

I don't know what to do, when I open my game this happens, and update my drivers and everything updatable, I've also had low fps in moments, then I have 60 again, Idk why.

- System report ( go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display")
- What you have tried to alleviate the problem
- Duration of problem ( how long it has been going on and when did it start)

Please provide an image of the error or copy and paste the error message. I apologize but it is a little had to assist in trouble shooting if we are unable to see the error.

Unfortunately, I can't see anything in the previous two posts. However, we do have a few suggestions that might help:

-Try setting the the game to DirectX 9 mode. Click 'Config' on the launcher and turn off DirectX 11 mode.

-Perform a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game. Makes sure not to have any other programs or overlays active while playing the game.

-Set the compatibility mode to Windows 7. Right-click on the ffxivboot.exe file and select ‘Properties.’ Then select the ‘Compatibility’ tab and choose Windows 7

-Since this is a laptop. Open the Nvidia Control Panel and going to 'Manage 3D Settings'. From here, select 'Program Settings' and select Final Fantasy XIV. You should see an option to select the GPU. Make sure it's set to your dedicated graphics card (it may be set to 'Auto' by default).
