Lost retainers

Hi i lost my retainers when transfering from 1 server to another and been attempting to get my issues resolved for the past couple of months now........


Date of issue: 9/11/2017
World name: Phoenix
Character name: Lady Fawn (pon yo currently)
Retainer name: Bella Nheu / Nheu Miu

when i transfered from phoenix to zodiark i lost both my retainers which did not show up on zodiark server and i remade 2 new retainers called Ladyfawn and Elorafawn.... which later i transfered from zodiark to louixsoix then returned back to phoenix server to see if that would fix my retainer problem

Unfortunately the problem you are describing is not a tech issue. Due to that, we are unable to assist with the issue. Please contact a GM in game as they will be able to assist with the issue.
