    Black launcher -2146697211 HTTPS error

    It just stared tonight but when I launch the FFXIV launcher everything is black and I get this error message. "A system error has occured: -2146697211. HTTPS System Error.

    I did a general Google search and it said reset IE settings but I have MS Edge as a browser but Chrome is my default one. So I reset all my browser settings and still having the problem. I even reset my modem. I can't even view the SE site from my PC so I have to type this on my phone. My ISP is ATT uverse. Any idea how to resolve this problem? Thanks

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Regardless of the Windows version you have, you should still have Internet Explorer installed. Simply search for it and you can adjust the settings there.

    If you are having issues connecting to every Square Enix site, however, that may indicate a bigger problem.

    When you connect with your phone, are you using your phone's network, or is it using wifi on the same network?
