Can't install the game because of a runtime error

When I try installing the game I always get the same error stating:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program:...SY XIV - A Realm Reborn\Tempinstaller\ffxivinstaller.exe

Abnormal program termination

does anyone have any ideas what i should do? already tried reinstalling all versions of visual c++ i had on my system and reinstalling window 2 time
i lose airtime for a week to fix this issue

What version of Windows? Did you do all the Windows updates? Update graphics driver?

Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
