Awesome. Thanks for the info! There is 3, soon to be 4 Eureka zones. Currently you are in Anemos, #1. If you move on to Pagos (#2) you can bump that relic up to 370, followed by Pyros (#3) which gives the relic a 385 item level. Next and last part of Eureka, Hydatos, is supposedly coming next month, so it might not hurt to catch up now if you can or if you're even interested for that matter. It's quite a grind. Wouldn't call it hard, it just takes time.
To add to this:
The 385 iLvl step removes ALL substats on the weapon. There's an additional grind to get substats back on it and its also a matter of RNG.
So to get to a substat total that makes it actually useful or to get desired stats can take quite a while.
If you are looking for a non-Eureka way of upgrading your weapon i recommend getting the current Genesis Tomestone weapon.
Will still take 4 weeks with the current cap on the crystalloid from O12N but is far less of a grind than Eureka IMO.

Closer to three weeks, actually, as you can get it on the first day of the fourth week.

The RNG grind for substats isn't nearly as bad as other Relic rng steps, and has potential to get up to 1k total substats, which if you're really lucky can get a substat with all 1k points in it. Two of the NMs can give you a full bar of light, and a good light party can get you more light than you know what to do with with it only taking 2 crystals (light bars) per roll.
Also you'll be able to roll your stats again in Hydatos, so even if you don't get stats you like in Pyros you will be able to keep rolling in next Eureka zone.

It's actually worse, considering your rolls are random, the amount of stats you get is random and what stats you get period are also random. It should not be a thing. The RNG grind for substats isn't nearly as bad as other Relic rng steps, and has potential to get up to 1k total substats, which if you're really lucky can get a substat with all 1k points in it.
