Question about Palace of the Dead

Not sure if this is the right place to post this question but it's something I need to ask before I actually try something in-game.

I leveled up as a Black Mage, but switched to Samurai at 50. I got to floors 51-60 in Palace of the Dead as BLM, but I have yet to go in as SAM. I know POTD uses an independent leveling system, but will having been level 60 in POTD as BLM let me immediately go into floors 51-60 as a level 60 SAM inside? Or do I need to start all over from floors 1-10 for every new class I take through POTD?

Nope you can jump right in at the 51-60 floor grind. (That said, as you are at max '60' level there, you will have to figure out as much of your abilities on the fly.)

Thank you very much. That leads me to one last question though; If I go into POTD floors 51-60 as a class at level 15-29 with no job crystal, will I have job abilities since I'll be level 60 in POTD, or will I just be a level 60 version of the base class?

You'll be a Lv60 class, with very few abilities over 30 and no abilities over 50.
