Some blue mage advice for dungeon and raid bosses.

This doesnt include primal fights due to no room lockin.

Basically when you are running content as a group of blues in 4 man or 24 man content have your party/parties set aside a blue for tank and a blue for healer.
They need to stay in the room while you do the following :

The rest should fully buff up and self destruct as an opener.
It may sound stupid but due to how you can teleport to room after lockout you self destruct before the lockout time finishes.
This way you can res imediatly and teleport instantly to the boss room.It also means you wont suffer the cooldown on waning nocturn.

Obviously if the boss can be tail screwed, doomed missiled etc its easier to go with that strategy.
But if not this is a huge dps gain on boss fights.

This is the only current way to utilize self destruct without worrying about having a resser in party.

    Did that, its fun.
Also in Haukke nm second boss you can use it at the end of the fight as a free return XD.

Usually the first boss in a dungeon is weak to tail screw, 2. boss start with final sting and end with final sting (you can teleport after that anyway).

And for the trash pulls: BLU-Tank pulls as much as possible, and 2 ppl self destruct. If the Tank starts the next boss fight, the dps can teleport.
