Aetherite transporter in Garlemald

The Empire does have a more limited magiteknical equivelant of teleportation in the form of the transporter rings seen in many Castri [...] These are linked via a cable however and have set locations for departure and destination, so they're far more limited than aetherial teleportation. So it's likely within Garlemald itself a more advanced teleportation system exists as an equivelant to aetherytes.

There are also the smaller blue "light cylinder" teleports seen in Dzemael Darkhold, and I think also in the Praetorium.
