I never said they were. If you weren't being deliberately obtuse you would understand that by owning 27 houses you prevent 25 of those houses from being owned by other players were you to follow the spirit of the rules.
You didn't say it here, but you quoted my reply to a post that strictly talked about it.

And that was before you said you were not grandfathered kid. My post above did not say you were.
Answer this one question. Could 13 to 25 other people have houses if you had 1 house and 1 FC house per each separate service account you pay for?
Yes or No answer.

You sure like to distort reality. Let me remind you that you didn't understand the housing rules and that I had to explain them to you because you thought FC houses were still grandfathered. But hey, I know you would rather not talk about the posts in that thread considering how embarrassing things turned out for you so let's move on shall we.
It didn't, but you're still missing the point. Someone pointed out that grandfathered houses are a problem. I'm saying it isn't and you decided that my point wasn't valid because I own 27, non grandfathered, houses.
Yes? Now's my turn. How many houses are stuck in limbo at any given time on a high pop server such as mine because of the ridiculously long auto-demolition timer and how many players are denied access to housing as a result?
So you admit you personally are preventing up to 25 players from owning a house on your server. I think that is all needed to be said on this matter.
What Oliver did was buy quite a few if not most his houses as FC houses with a secondary account then transfer ownership to a primary account when SE had a rule in place that said players couldn't buy more than 1 personal house and 1 FC house. So yeah he was breaking the rules when it was against the rules. Then he also had on some of his houses "My ward, not yours." He is pretty pretentious. Not sure anyone cares for him on our server. Since he owns all those houses, of course he is going to try his hardest to defend whatever it is he needs to defend to keep all those houses.
Edit: Oh and can't forget that time he tried selling all those houses for more than current gil cap (won't link it here as that part of reddit is probably against the forum rules).

If you want it to see that way, sure. You never really had much to say about the subject from the beginning anyway so I'm glad you are done.
But since you didn't want to answer my question, I'll do it for you. There's about 3 available plots per day on Gilgamesh when the auto-demolition timer is effective. That's a combined 135 days of inactivity. Add a day or two if you take into consideration the downtime due to the hidden timer. Now multiply that by a whole year and that makes nearly 50,000 days/year where some houses are totally not being used and that doesn't even take into consideration all the players that only re-enter their houses when they start receiving emails.
Whatever I own is meaningless and unlike those plots that became available, I actually use mine properly instead of letting them rot for 45 days. In the grand scheme of things, inactive players are ultimately doing more harm than me so why would I care about anyone's feelings towards what I'm maintaining.
Oh look, its you again. Guess nobody cares about me on the server but you, because you sure like to comment on the subject. Anyway, your fantasy scenario is utterly flawed. You couldn't get near 20 fc houses with a secondary account or even a third. What I actually did was mostly purchase existing FC houses and relocate them, because there wasn't even enough resources to start leveling up a bunch of rank 6 FCs and it was cheaper to do so anyway. I bypassed the rules once after I started consolidating houses on specific service account and it was merely accidental, not that you would believe it due to your hatred. But here's a tip for you. Tell your members to leave the FC if they want a personal house from now on. My pockets are pretty deep and I don't mind spending gil for entertainment. What Oliver did was buy quite a few if not most his houses as FC houses with a secondary account then transfer ownership to a primary account when SE had a rule in place that said players couldn't buy more than 1 personal house and 1 FC house. No I don't care one bit for you. I just read the forums and see you butt into every single post where someone says SE should enforce 1 FC 1 Hour per account rule. You try so hard, throwing yourself out there into every post about this issue so you can keep hold onto so many houses that would be better used by other players instead of a hoarder. And the way to came to own so many houses is besides the point. People don't care how you came to own them in, people are disgusted by people like who think they need to own as many houses as you, especially when you gloat about it all the time. Your gil can buy you groupies, but it won't buy you friends. If you want it to see that way, sure.
