nvwgf2umx.dll crashes since 4.4

Hi, I've had intermittent crashes since 4.4. They never occurred before the last patch. I had hoped 4.5 would fix them, but they haven't.

They only occur, so far, during very specific triggers - the extended cutscene at the end of 4.4, and trying to run Void Ark.

Before anyone asks -

Yes, I have done a clean NVDIA driver uninstall / re-install
Yes, I have run SFC /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (no errors were found.)
Yes, I have tried running in dx9 , limiting frame-rate, etc.
Yes, I have tried re-installing FFXIV, twice, and yes I deleted everything in My Documents.
Yes, all overlays, including Win10, Discord, Steam, etc are disabled.
Yes, Windows10 is updated
No, I am not overclocked.
No, my GPU isn't overheating when this occurs.

This issue does not occur in any other game.

The particular error message you are getting designates a graphics driver crash. Usually this comes from a bad install of the drivers themselves. Unfortunately, this didn't seem to work for you.

I noticed you have two monitors, which one are playing on? Have you tried disabling one of them?

Have you changed any of the settings in the Nvidia Control Panel (enabling customized settings or resolutions), or have you left them at default?

I'm playing on the primary monitor. I haven't tried turning one of them off, because again, prior to 4.4 the issue didn't exist. I only just discovered it extended to Void Ark. (and no other instances so far.)

I have not adjusted any of the NVIDIA settings - they're at default.

Disabled the monitor, and tried full screen.

Void Ark won't even fully load now, and my character is immediately kicked out on the loading screen, no error pop-up at all now.

She is now stuck in the instance as well, awesome!

What do you mean when you say it will not fully load? Does this happen with any other characters or only that one?
