    Blue Mage help?

Basically, started a blue mage. Getting skills, leveling up as usual. However, upon reading a skill guide and watching a few videos online, i seem to be missing the Totem Vendor in Ul'Dah?

I've done the first quest and have no option or starting guide in game to get another. At the moment, i am level 38 with 11 skills learned. According to guides, i should have enough to buy the first couple totems (Ogg-guard, white wind, might guard) but there's no vendor.

I am obviously missing something, but as there is no help in game, i have no clue what else i need? Any help would be appreciated

After completing the level 1 BLU quest, there should be an NPC next to the questgiver that lets you claim totems for the chievements you've earned.

Do you see the NPC "Martyn"? When you complete each quest, the marker for the next quest will already be displayed over his head. (It just would've been red when it first appeared.) Check your journal to confirm both quests are actually completed. The lv50 "Out of the Blue" starts in Limsa Lominsa and ends at The Salt Strand west of Moraby Drydocks. The lv1 "Blue Leading the Blue" picks up there (after you switch to BLU) and ends in Ul'dah, next to the Calamity Salvager between the Weaver's and Miner's guilds.

The vendor is one of the two NPCs standing next to Martyn - the one on the right that offers more information about blue magic and the spellbook. One of the conversation options will be "Acquire Whalaqee totems." At first he'll just say you're not ready for totems, but it sounds like you now have enough skills learned for something to be available. There are no other requirements.

The command /sigh does not exist.
